Terms of Service
These terms cover the apps published by JK Creative Studios LLC, including LifeXP, and this website.
Using the apps
You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute them, and do not use them in any unlawful way.
App Store terms
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where those terms and these differ for an App Store download, Apple’s standard EULA governs.
Subscriptions
Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

The apps provide informational and self-reflection features only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Provided as is
The apps and this site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JK Creative Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps or site.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above reflects the current version.
