Privacy Policy
This policy covers the apps published by JK Creative Studios LLC, including LifeXP. The short version: the apps are built so your data stays on your device. We do not run servers that collect it.
What we collect
Nothing is sent to us. Our apps have no account system and no backend. Information the apps use, such as location history, motion and activity, health metrics, written notes, and computed scores, is stored only on your device.
Health and location data
Where an app reads health or location data, it is used solely on your device to provide the app’s features, such as building a private timeline or wellbeing stats. This data is never transmitted off your device to us or to anyone else.
The one exception
When you ask an app to name a place you visited, the app sends only that single coordinate to Apple Maps to look up nearby businesses. Your route and your history are never sent. That lookup is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
Third parties
None. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect your data.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchases is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Deleting your data
Because data lives on your device, you control it. Deleting the app, or using an in-app erase option where provided, removes it. Since nothing is stored elsewhere, it is gone.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because we collect nothing on a server, no such information reaches us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
